Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Woven ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Woven is a personal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application designed to help individuals track their professional relationships, projects, and interactions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Account Registration
To use Woven, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Be at least 13 years of age
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Your Content
You retain ownership of any data you create or upload to Woven ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any information you add to Woven, including contact information for other individuals.
Free and Paid Tiers
Woven offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier has limitations on the number of projects and people you can create. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited access.
Payments: Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you choose (monthly, 6-month, or annual). All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Data Export and Portability
You may export your data at any time using the export feature in the application. We are committed to data portability and will not hold your data hostage.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will attempt to provide notice of planned maintenance when possible.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the application settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woven and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
